PBCS is a performance based communications and surveillance (PBCS) analysis tool. The tool is web-based and enables the analysis of FANS1/A ADS-C and CPDLC data that has been extracted in accordance with the guidelines in ICAO Document 9869 Performance Based Communications and Surveillance Manual Appendix D.
PBCS allows the user to import FANS1/A ADS-C and CPDLC data files in .csv format into a shared database and allows users to:
- extract FANS1/A ADS-C performance against the RSP180 and RSP400 specifications;
- extract FANS1/A CPDLC ACTP, ACP, and PORT performance against the RCP240 and RCP400 specifications
- provides the user with the option of extracting the performance data in either a tabular or graphical form
The pricing includes three-year licensing and PBCS initial training.
