The aim of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills required to deliver a training course applying general knowledge of human factors in air traffic services. They will understand basic principles of developing course resources to deliver this course as a Trainer and an appreciation of how the application of personal and organisational practices arising from this understanding can contribute to a safer and more efficient ATS working environment.

Withdrawals
I understand that if I withdraw my enrolment prior during the withdrawal period referenced below the following refunds will be given in accordance with the Education and Training Act 2020 (New Zealand):
